Syrian civil war sanctions notice

I thought that any types of battles, weither with artillery or guns were seen as "clashes"? I changed it to contested because of that

You must understand that under the rules of Wikipedia posts from Twitter are not a reliable source. See Here:External links/Perennial websites But there are not big exception among from the rules.
