Please stop copying verbatim text from the Gathering of Nation website in Albuquerque, NM portal. BTW I danced the Gourd Dance in Albuquerque week before last Friday and Saturday Night at the Gathering of Nations. Also, the revived Kiowa Society is NOT the only Gourd Society running dances these days, nor has been for a LONG LONG time. It's a new age group (though I admit a good group of folks). So please stop disrespecting every other Gourd Society out there. I am Black War Shield Society from NM, BTW. We are all Gourd Society Members, keep the article neutral.
