Expanded introduction for NFL collective bargaining agreement
Hi Becky, thanks again for your feedback regarding the introduction for the National Football League collective bargaining agreement article. Based on your notes, I've drafted up a longer version of the intro and proposed it on the article's Talk page here: Talk:National_Football_League_collective_bargaining_agreement#More_detailed_introduction Would you be able to look this over and add it into the article if it addresses your concerns? Thanks in advance, 16912 Rhiannon (Talk · COI) 21:09, 30 January 2015 (UTC)
- Hi again, just a quick ping here to see if you're available to take a look at the expanded intro. If not, I can see if anyone from WikiProject NFL is able to help, but I wanted to see if you'd be able to first, since you're already familiar with the article. Thanks, 16912 Rhiannon (Talk · COI) 17:04, 6 February 2015 (UTC)
Still not understanding 'Deletion of Gareth Morgan (baseball)'
I am not sure where to place this message but I can see you are the contributer/moderator that finalized the deletion of Gareth Morgan (baseball).
My argument against the deletion was and still is that Gareth had a number of notable firsts for a amateur baseball player coming out of Canada. Youngest member ever of the Baseball Canada's Junior National Team (14). Youngest player ever to participate in the Baseball Factory's Under Armour All American Game. First Canadian ever to participate in the Perfect Game USA's All American Game. Highest over-slot signing bonus received in 2014 MLB First Year Player's Draft. Canadian Junior National Team MVP for 2014.
All these accomplishments are ignored and called promoting him as a player. He is a minor league baseball player and these are facts not promotion.
There are a number of players that have articles, but what I noticed is that they are started by the same person, Yankees10. I am Gareth's father and created the article, not in an effort to promote but to simply get him into Wikipedia, which I do respect for the effort involved in maintaining it and purpose it serves. I followed the template of one of these other players, but am not understanding why it doesn't meet some criteria, where it is said that he is not deserving of his own article.
Minor league players that have their own articles include Alex Jackson (baseball), Nick Gordon, Trea Turner, and many more. Nothing in Gareth's article was outside of the box in comparison to these and many more articles.
I am asking how should an article be started for Gareth, outside of Yankees10 deciding to start one?

- Hi @Gkcmorgan: Thanks for your contributions to Wikipedia. The discussion to delete the article was closed by an administrator Sarahj2107. Regarding the criteria applied, please see WP:GNG and WP:RS. You should note though that many articles are created inappropriately and eventually are deleted, but this does not occur immediately and there isn't a particular order to when it happens. So comparing one article to others that exist is not usually helpful. The administrator closing the discussion will ignore comments of that nature. If you'd like to create the article again, I would suggest doing so in a draft first, please see Wikipedia:Drafts. B E C K Y S A Y L E S 18:29, 3 February 2015 (UTC)

Congratulations and welcome to the arbitration clerk team!
Hi Becky. We have added you to the list of clerks and subscribed you to the mailing list (info: WP:AC/C#clerks-l). Welcome, and I look forward to working with you! To adjust your subscription options for the mailing list, see the link at mail:clerks-l. The mailing list works in the usual way, and the address to which new mailing list threads can be sent is clerks-llists.wikimedia.org. Useful reading for new clerks is the procedures page, WP:AC/C/P, but you will learn all the basic components of clerking on-the-job.
New clerks begin as a trainee, are listed as such at WP:AC/C#Personnel, and will remain so until they have learned all the aspects of the job. When you've finished training, which usually takes a couple of/a few months, then we'll propose to the Committee that you be made a full clerk. As a clerk, you'll need to check your e-mail regularly, as the mailing list is where the clerks co-ordinate (an on-wiki co-ordination page also exists but is not used nearly as much). If you've any questions at any point of your traineeship, simply post to the mailing list.
Lastly, it might be useful if you enter your timezone into WP:AC/C#Personnel (in the same format as the other members have), so that we can estimate when we will have clerks available each day; this is, of course, at your discretion. Again, welcome! Regards, Callanecc (talk • contribs • logs) 11:56, 7 February 2015 (UTC)

Hello Becky. I do not understand why you have said the submission was declined due to unreliable sources. I am new to creating articles and I read referencing guidelines. Can you give me some specific examples of what you mean. Also, can you clarify if you found all the references to be unreliable or just some of them. thanks.4Love&Laughter (talk) 16:20, 10 February 2015 (UTC)

Emirates Holidays UK
Hi Becky, hope you are well?
I'm quite confused about why Emirates Holidays UK is not being allowed to move from draft. It actually has more external references than 'emirates subsidiaries' page. The Emirates page, Emirates Group page and Emirates Subsidiaries pages all reference Emirates Holidays.
If Emirates has notoriety then by definition Emirates Holidays must as you will read in multiple places that Emirates Holidays is the tour operating arm of Emirates.
Please can you review and feedback. Thx, — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.206.76.5 (talk) 14:48, 23 February 2015 (UTC)

I do not see the gross blp violations that would justify blanking Draft:Gerry Goldsteinor Draft:David Lozeau or several other of the articles yoo have blanked for blp policy violations. none ofthem contain any unsourced derogatory content, or see to be written as an attack page. I've only revised thrones that seem clearly unjustified, I;ve left some where they might be a reasonable interpretation that in did represent a blp violation. You are almost the only person reviewing in this fashion . Most of us would simply say not indication of notability, or for the problem ones, vandalism or test page. . I believe my Article was notable enough this time
Hello. I believe my Article was notable enough this time however it is deleted without giving me any satisfactory explanation. The procedure i have followed: Make draft, join chat and spend 1 whole day to edit and compose excellent article based on suggestion and edits by experts at the chat, submit draft, draft accepted, draft reviewed and edited by WikiProject_Video_games editor and completely published. Then i ask chat again about isn’t this too much edit? then primefac opens speedy delete then it is deleted without giving me any explanation in matter of minutes. If you check the issue i appreciate ty very much : https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/MonsterMMORPG . And there were not any discussion it was deleted immediately. One more notice: I checked same genre games articles and majority of them have way more less authority references and even some have 0 references. Thank you very much for your help. I believe you spoke to my ex colleague who was working on the Spencers Solicitors Wikipedia page.

Hi Becky Sayles,
This is somewhat a technical question. A link which is available in every page's history section is not working from last many days, eg:https://tools.wmflabs.org/xtools-articleinfo/index.php?article=Jhansi&lang=en&wiki=wikipedia. My query is, is there is any technical forum in Wikipedia where we can post his issue to get it resolved.
