spitzer

[edit]

Hi there. I removed the spitzer reference from the Mann act article, since he hasn't been officialy charged yet. (Although the evidence suggests he could be). Once (or if) the feds do charge him, then we should put the reference back in. Best, --Bfigura (talk) 03:54, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, that's probably better, given the WP:BLP issues. (After all, it doesn't seem like its clear which crime they'll charge him with yet.) And thanks for cleaning up the references too :) Best, --Bfigura (talk) 04:05, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Ceasar Mitchell

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Ceasar Mitchell requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. The article Ceasar Mitchell has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one.
