Dears, I hope this message will meet you in the best of your state. I started this page with the curiosity of addition in the information for Real Estate Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the target is not to advertise the company as it's a governmental development project and the translation of the Arabic come as Bawabat Makkah Company. I was Blocked yesterday due to the reason that the block is an advertisement, in this case pls. note that all of the customers focused by the government in the promotion of this project are pure Arabs who don't understand English and as well they will not bother to read it. I thought that it will be an interesting column for the international community to understand the phases of development in KSA. I want to give the full detail of this project for the international readers and historians who are studying the Arab World in current era. The only reason of the page generation is pure information not advertising or marketing, hence i request you to allow me to create this page and I am serving in this development phase of the Holy City of Makkah and hence as a part of your organisation policy wish to share an information as per my opinion about this project, Phase, Company, organization hence what you call it, but for me it's only information sharing nothing else. You contact me directly on the email of this page as we are using it for general correspondence and information not marketing and advertising. Pls. note as the nature of this Project, there is no need and not required to advertise this project even locally; as the gov main target is to serve Makkah and its people only, it will be a land mark in the development of real estate in Makkah, and my intention is only sharing of information on wiki nothing else. Hope you got my point and will inform me about your point of view and I am free to accept any condition in writing about it as it's your property and I want to use it as allowed not to trespass it. There is no use to misuse any medium of information in spreading the information. I need to add some information which will be open for all and as per the received decline for my unblock request, pls. note; i assure here that this information will not damage or disrupt Wikipedia and i understood the reason of the Block and I assure that my column will be a useful contribution to Wikipedia in the sector of Development Phases in Makkah. if you still have doubts we can change the title of this information means if Wikipedia allows we can say Makkah Gate - Western Suburb, KSA only without the actual name of the project. I don't think you understand how Wikipedia works. Your user name is not the same thing as an article title. The article on Coca-cola is not written by User:Coca-cola. As pointed out below, your user name must not appear to represent an organisation. Accounts are for individuals only, and your use of the word 'we' indicates to me that more than one person may use the account. This is not allowed. I also think you misunderstand the use of a user page. The user page is for editors to tell us something about themselves (see mine for an example). It is not an article, or a profile as can be found on LinkedIn, or a page like Facebook has. An article about the project should be created in your sandbox or another subpage. It must show the notability (WP:CORP) and be referenced with WP:RS reliable independent sources. Not everything gets an article. If this project only affects Makkah, it may not be notable by our standards. The same could equally apply to a building project in New York, Tel Aviv, Moscow or Beijing. Pls. note that Bawabat Makkah is the name of the monument of Quran in Makkah (a 30 years Old Mega Structure in KSA, a large structure extends over eight lanes of traffic plus a wide center highway divider. It is in the shape of an enormous book stand holding an open book which is the Quran. This impressive sculpture is located right before one enters Makkah from the west on the road from Jeddah. Only Muslims are supposed to enter Islam’s holy cities of Makkah and Madinah)translated as Makkah Gate and the development location is the adjacent land to it,hence i suggest this name, if it contradicts then can we use The Development of the Western Suburb in Makkah, KSA. it will be very nice and more informative for the foreign readers if allowed with the first name as my information will reflect the summary of the steps and development of KSA gov in the stated region and location exactly. its the development phase project of KSA gov and the purpose of my writing is only a summary of information which already exists and is well known locally. In end all things are in your hand and you can review it time to time, if found anything not contributing to Wikipedia you can block it anytime. You still don't understand. Your user name and the name for an article about the project are not the same thing. You must not use the name of an organisation for YOUR user name. A project is an organisation. If there is to be an article about the project, it can be called anything suitable. It is not your user name. An article about the project will NOT be kept on your user page. It will be in the main article space, where articles like Coca-Cola are to be found. Dear Peridon, thanks for the brief guidelines, the fact is that I started my article with the concept as same available on the Wikipedia - Coca-Cola for instant. During the summary my article was blocked; at least the page should be left unblocked until it is completed and then one can realize it is for which purpose? Anyhow I respect this filtration, you highlighted We in my requests as Company the answer is its used as a community referring to Arabs and I am a part of it. Dear, its only sharing an information on the Wikipedia, an article to show the World that development in KSA is managed in which manner and as well as the achievement of the gov in such regions could you have given me the example of Coco-Cola, it was the main purpose to write about this new change in the Holy City of Makkah, its benefits for the local and international community, the use of the sacred land for the rest of the World and How this will make close relation with the outside communities??? You are still confusing the name for an article with the name you use to edit. They are NOT the same thing at all. You cannot edit with your present user name because it is against our rules. (Just think of someone joining an Islamic site and calling himself 'PorkChop'. Would that be allowed? I doubt it.) The name for the article is not the same as your editing name. Article names are easy to sort out. Your user name is the problem. You can choose a name that is not to do with the project for yourself, and then write an article about the project which is called by the name of the project. Coca-cola was not written by User:Coca-cola. I am called Peridon for a personal reason, and I have written an article called Rover Scarab. User name and article name do not go together. You might be better putting your article on the Arabic Wikipedia at ar.wikipedia.org where the rules might be different, but if they are the same someone will be able to explain them better than we can in Arabic.
