Block evasion by User:Sugar Bear, who has recently been using the IP range Special:Contributions/166.181.253.0/24. @Binksternet: It could be Sugar Bear, but this account has all of the hallmarks of a Kingshowman sockpuppet. Kingshowman makes a lot of impostor accounts and accuses others of being sockpuppets themselves or "edit warring" when they roll back their edits.
