I was looking at your article on the firefly squid. In the anatomy section, should the "squid" in the first sentence be singular? I think the rest of the section is great, I like the links to different orders and families, and that expiration was clear. Would you consider adding a photo here? I think it could fit the section and really bolster your writing.
I think the breakdown into two sections for the Biolumen. section was smart, my only question is could the background section have a different name? Maybe like "general overview?" Just an idea.
