Your recent edits

[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 13:34, 19 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome

[edit]

Hi -- I got your message on my talk page; I'm an online ambassador for POLS 120. I hope you enjoy the class. If you have any questions about Wikipedia or how to do something you need to do for your assignment, just leave a message there and I'll reply here on your talk page as soon as I can.

I see from the note above that you must have posted a note on a talk page without your signature. If you're not sure why you got that note, let me know and I can explain. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 00:34, 20 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Remember you have tons of sources to help you out! If you need anything, just ask! Chlopeck (talk) 00:38, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article 2008 recall has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable topic.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. —Tom Morris (talk) 18:20, 4 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Survey

[edit]

Hi B.Davis21!

I have put together a survey for female editors of Wikipedia (and related projects) in order to explore, in greater detail, women's experiences and roles within the Wikimedia movement. It'd be wonderful if you could participate!

It's an independent survey, done by me, as a fellow volunteer Wikimedian. It is not being done on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation. I hope you'll participate!

Just click this link to participate in this survey, via Google!

Any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or stop by my user talk page. Also, feel free to share this any other female Wikimedians you may know. It is in English, but any language Wikimedia participants are encouraged to participate. I appreciate your contributions - to the survey and to Wikipedia! Thank you!
