Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge IP edits and associate them with a user account. Just use your account when making any edits in the future, and your account will be attributed to the changes instead of your IP address. While merging IP edits into an account isn't possible, what I can do for you is suppress your IP address from those edits so that others cannot see what it is. This is especially important right now, since you pointed to those edits on your user page and stated that they were made by you. Suppressing your IP address will preserve your privacy and assure that no one has any kind of non-disclosed information about you at all.
