Greetings

[edit]

Hi. Fist of all, welcome to Wikipedia and the new university editing program! I've taken a look at your post on my "wall" (actually, it's my talkpage), and the article online exhibition could certainly use an expansion given new content from reliable sources. The first thing I noticed in your idea-draft was "advantages" - to keep things NPOV, try phrasing the article differently so that it doesn't sound like it is promoting online exhibitions, or worse, any one exhibition in particular. An often-undiscussed item of article layout is how it "flows", which means the readability of the article - make sure the content blends well, and is grouped into appropriate subheadings. For example, you may also consider discussing the history of these exhibitions, and whether any notable artists have used them, if possible. Also, "Emerging Issues" as a subheading is preferrable to "Emerging Issues Related to Online Exhibits", because then you are just repeating the article title. Benefits/problems or advantages/disadvantages could easily go under one heading, so the article isn't split POV-wise. I'll also be willing to help review any article you or your classmates write during your program, given that I have enough time that day. Hope this helps! Once again, welcome. Thanks. ~AH1 (discuss!) 02:53, 29 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Google Art Project

[edit]

Hi Azmcsbl. Just to let you know I removed a couple of non-free images from your sandbox version of the Google Art Project article. We can't justify non-free media on talkpages, and each instance of such media must have its own fair use rationale. As this article is now in the mainspace, would you like me to delete your draft version? matt (talk) 17:21, 11 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
