Mr. Ayub407 I need your Help to improve my article Roopesh Kumar. I can't understand how to add reference on it. Plz help me otherwise my page will be deleted third time. Dedha9 (talk) 17:26, 29 July 2015 (UTC)
- I did some minor changes to improve the article. Since it is a biography, please add all details like date of birth, etc... I have seen the reference you have added. The first link is a search result, which is what Wikipedia does not allow. Second, Wikipedia does not allow reference taken from IMDb because it is not reliable (See WP:CITEIMDB). I think you need to add more reference for your article to keep it in wikipedia other wise it will be deleted. The reason why the article was deleted before is because it was not important enough (less reference was given) for it to be in Wikipedia. For help for citing reference, see WP:CITEHOW. - Hi there and thanks for contacting, I'm sorry to say that I'm not allowed to removed the speedy deletion request. I have added the deletion tag because since I was reviewing, there was no source added that time (see WP:GRAPEVINE). Your article will be reviewed shortly by a Wikipedia Administrators to determine whether the article should be removed or not. At the mean time, you can improve the article. I will at least remove the unsourced tag. Ayub407 (talk) 13:17, 30 July 2015 (UTC)

db-nonsense tag
You tagged Международное Общество Военного Права и Права Войны for speedy deletion using {{db-nonsense}}. Please note that the associated criterion for speedy deletion, WP:CSD#G1, specifically excludes articles written in a foreign language. There is an articles needing translation page to handle such articles, and a {{db-foreign}} tag for articles that have simply been copied from a foreign language Wikipedia without translation (note that for this criterion to apply, there must actually be an article on the foreign language wiki). In the present case, the article can be tagged under WP:CSD#A10, because an English language version of the article already exists. Please be careful to choose the correct criterion when tagging articles for speedy deletion. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:36, 3 August 2015 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Festival Supreme
Hello Ayub407. Thanks for patrolling new pages – it's a very important task! I'm just letting you know, however, that you shouldn't tag pages as lacking context (CSD A1), content (CSD A3),or significance (CSD A7) moments after they are created, as you did at Festival Supreme. It's best to wait at least 10–15 minutes for more content to be added if the page is very short, and the articles should not be marked as patrolled. Tagging such pages in a very short space of time may drive away well-meaning contributors, which is not good for Wikipedia. Attack pages (G10), blatant nonsense (G1), copyright violations (G12) and pure vandalism/blatant hoaxes (G3) should of course be tagged and deleted immediately. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk • contribs) 17:28, 7 August 2015 (UTC)
- Oh, If that is the case, I will not nominate for speedy deletion then. But, can I put maintenance tag moments (later than 1 min) after they are created? Ayub407 (talk) 13:06, 10 August 2015 (UTC)

Rollback
Hi Ayub407. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.
If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Deletion of Energix
Hey Ayub, How is it going? I noticed you requested to delete the page I have created - "Energix" or "Energix Renewable Energies Ltd.". This page was created to describe an important renewable energy company. The Company itself was also mentioned in another article (please refer to Neot Hovav) so I believe it will be of good use to provide the users with more information on the company.
I would really appreciate it if you could recall your deletion of the article.

- Pictures are illustrated on every topic.

I need to create a page for my singer girlfriend to help become internationally known. How do I go about creating legal content that will not violate any copy right infringements.
Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Paulie0276 (talk • contribs) 13:15, 10 October 2015 (UTC)
- Its better if you type it rather than copy-pasting the content from the website. That way there will be no copy right infringements. Also, please read WP:BIO. Your "singer-girlfriend" needs to be famous so that it can be in Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not meant to make people become internationally known (advertising). Ayub407talk 14:45, 10 October 2015 (UTC)

Abhinav Nishad article and Abhinav Nishad(Abhi)
Hi, Ayub407. Thanks a million for your help and diligence with the Abhinav Nishad article, the COI, and the reversion of the CSD tag removals by the creator. You made that issue go much smoother; I really appreciate it.
I just wanted to caution you regarding your direct interaction with the creator, namely this edit. Edits like these (that tell the user that they've "been reported", "their article will be deleted soon", or they'll "be blocked soon") will almost always do more harm than good. Most editors whose sole intentions are to disrupt or vandalize Wikipedia will see your message, and then increase their rate of disruptive editing in order to do as much damage as possible before the block or deletion has a chance to go through. Some may even see this as a challenge and begin using different means to circumvent their block or other sanction in order to continue trolling now that you've fed him the exact food that he likes. I know it's hard at times, but it's always best to stick to warning the user, being available to answer any legitimate questions or concerns that the user may have, and reporting violations to their proper place if they persist.
It's a pleasure to meet you, and I'll see you out on the battlefield - thanks again for everything :-) ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 08:55, 15 October 2015 (UTC)
- I was just helping making an encyclopedia :3
- And Yes Oshwah, I was aware that I've fed him the exact food that he likes but I couldn't stop myself in typing that because of removing the tags even after he received the final warning. I was aware what damages could have been caused. Well at least the outcome was the author's own will in deletion of his article. Next time I'll just stick in warning and reporting the user.
- I've seen you many times tagging many articles before I could have tagged them myself. It was a pleasure to meeting you too and the battle field awaits us. You're Welcome :) Ayub407talk 10:45, 15 October 2015 (UTC)
Mark as patrolled
Hi!
When tagging a newly created page for speedy deletion, can you please mark it as patrolled after you do so? When they're left unmarked it leads to unnecessary work as people patrol already patrolled pages. Cheers. Kolbasz (talk) 10:29, 17 October 2015 (UTC)
- Hi, I understand but I'm just following this notice here where I was told not to mark the page as patrolled. I'm so confused. Ayub407talk 10:35, 17 October 2015 (UTC)
- Ah, I can see where the confusion is coming from. :-)
What that is trying to tell you isn't that you shouldn't mark speedy deletion-tagged pages as patrolled, but that you should treat very short pages (e.g. WP:A1 and WP:A3 candidates) that have just been created as being under construction and hold off on taking any action with them until they're at least 10-15 minutes old. In other words, if you come across a very short page that has just been created, don't do anything - don't tag it for speedy deletion and don't mark it as patrolled. Just leave it completely alone for 15 minutes or so to give the editor a chance to work on it and then come back to it and patrol it (and mark it as patrolled) as usual. Of course, if the page is obviously inappropriate (vandalism, spam, attack page, copyright violation, etc), then you can go ahead and tag it even if it's just seconds old.
TL;DR: it's not saying "don't mark them as patrolled", it's saying "don't patrol very short pages at all for a while unless they're obviously inappropriate". Hope that clears things up a bit. Cheers. Kolbasz (talk) 11:06, 17 October 2015 (UTC)- I see, Thanks for the clarification Kolbasz. Ayub407talk 11:23, 17 October 2015 (UTC)

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Please help me with setting up cluebot III to archive messages in my talk page. Cluebot is archiving all my messages into archive 1 instead of creating separate archives like archive 2, archive 3, etc... Please help as I'm not good with technical stuff of Wikipedia. Thanks
Ayub407talk 08:20, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
- It is supposed to do that. This parameter: |maxarchsize=150000 determines how large the archive size must reach before a new one is made. That is how archiving is done. Right now User talk:Ayub407/Archives/ 1 is only at 22,894 bytes. It has to reach 150,000 bytes before a new archive is made. If you want more help, stop by the Teahouse, Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. Stabila711 (talk) 08:24, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for clarifying the issue. Ayub407talk 08:40, 6 December 2015 (UTC)

Please do not delete
The page 'Malik Deenar College ..'is not unambiguously promotional, because this is a genuine college officially affiliated to Kannur University. No advertising is attempted as all the details are taken from the web site of the university. Only the minimum details are given. --Prof. Manna (talk) 14:49, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
- Hello @Prof tpms:, just like what Harry said, Wikipedia is not a directory of companies or organisations. The article appears like an directory so hence it's promotional. Please note that when you create an article, you have to make sure it meets the notability guidelines for Wikipedia, and provide references to reliable sources. Thanks Ayub407talk 14:53, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
- Yes, I am only beginning the article with the minimum information taken from the University people. I can avoid giving the telephone information to avoid suspicion of touting.
--Prof. Manna (talk) 14:56, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
- Phone numbers and emails should be avoided. And next time, please use your sandbox so that you can take your time in making the article and avoid it from being deleted while it's expanding. Also, please cite references so that whatever content you add can be verified otherwise it could be deleted. Ayub407talk 15:04, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
Yes, yes. Thanks --Prof. Manna (talk) 15:08, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
