Beast Wars as a sequel

The characters are the descendents of the Autobots and Decepticons who travel back in time to the days DURING episode of the original Transformers series. They are from the events after the TF series ended. Moreover they arrive on earth at a point AFTER the beginning of the first episode of the Transformers episode "More Than Meets The Eye Part 1" where the Ark and Nemesis have crashed. AT no point are they ever in events PRIOR to the opening of the first episode of the Transformers series. Remember that the first episode of the original Transformers series starts 4 million years ago on Cybertron, which is ever father back than the events of the Beast Wars series.
