Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Quantic Dream, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Crunch time (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). GA review
I'm curious, are you available to do a GA review? There's an article I've been working on for a year, and its been stuck on GA for over a few months. I wanted to know if you were willing to take over.Blue Pumpkin Pie Chat Contribs 14:32, 18 March 2020 (UTC)

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect International version. Since you had some involvement with the International version redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you wish to do so. Hog Farm (talk) 19:13, 1 April 2020 (UTC)
The Game Designers Studio
There was no valid reason for you to place the article back into the Square article as a section. The shell corporation existed beyond Squaresoft, therefore, it's not valid to place it in that article. Iftekharahmed96 (talk) 18:45, 8 May 2020 (UTC)
You know this game well, right? I was wondering if you could trim the plot section. No one knows it better, as far as I know! Just thought I’d mention it. :) Judgesurreal777 (talk) 02:41, 12 May 2020 (UTC)
- Yes, it's been on my list forever. It's tough for me to trim further since I wrote it and have a hard time figuring out what to omit. It all feels so important and necessary for understanding, either in this game or in an expansion! Axem Titanium (talk) 07:01, 12 May 2020 (UTC)
- If it is necessary, I will remove it then. It might be good to add some more references to the plot section so people feel less inclined to slap tags on it. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 16:56, 23 May 2020 (UTC)
- I'll give it a once over for sure either way! Axem Titanium (talk) 19:57, 23 May 2020 (UTC)

Nomination
Nice job being bold! And it’s already working, I have a note for you already before a reviewer comes.
- The lead should be a nice two or three paragraph summation.
- Also, you know they are going to ask if there are any free use images of Ted
- they will probably ask if you can find out his date of birth for the info box.
- biography will need subsections of the different phases of his career.
- I also think he’s done a bunch of interviews, so there should be material for a “method” section, like what’s his personal approach to translation, what’s his focus.
- I think I read him saying he got a lot of hate mail from fans, like some group of them think it was his fault some of the early translations were bad, maybe mention that somewhere and his reaction.
- Also I don’t see a sentence that lists any woolsyisms so that the reader can see what they are, and probably an accompanying definition of what they are in text form of course.
Work on that stuff and let me know, I could always do a copyedit when you’ve added some of that stuff. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 06:49, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
- I've made the changes you asked. Still looking for a birth date. I integrated the method into his biography because it flows a little better that way and there's not as much to talk about as, say, Alex O Smith who is still a professional translator today. Axem Titanium (talk) 22:14, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
- It’s looking so much better now. Last thing before I copyediting? Mention “you spoony bard!” I think that’s the most famous Of the isms. Then I’ll copyedit for you. Great work! Judgesurreal777 (talk) 22:35, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
- The Spoony Bard is not by Woolsey! It was from FF2/4 which was completed before he joined Square. Axem Titanium (talk) 22:42, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
- Mind blown... ok! I’ll get on that rewrite! Judgesurreal777 (talk) 22:47, 8 June 2020 (UTC)

- Ok I did a rewrite, not too many things to do, it flows very well! Last thing you should do is check the refs, make sure they are reliable, and see if you can find out what he’s doing now. The last thing the article says about him is from 2015! Judgesurreal777 (talk) 00:10, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- Wasn't able to get his birthday by doing some original research (I tweeted at him and he declined to share). He's still the general manager at Undead Labs and he hasn't moved to another place yet. He's credited as GM on State of Decay 2, the last game they released, which is not one of the things we normally track credits for. Axem Titanium (talk) 03:10, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- You’ve done great work on this, I’d pass it right now if I hadn’t done a rewrite of it! Well give it time, I think it will fly through now. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 03:38, 9 June 2020 (UTC)

- Stormblood looks good, but shouldn’t those patches and expansions have references? I don’t see any on them. Also, the plot section is gargantuan. I know you said these MMORPGs are plot heavy, so you’ll probably just have to explain to the reviewer and come to a compromise. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 05:53, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- I need to rewrite the plot completely. Someone else got to it before me and I haven't had the energy to fix it until now. Axem Titanium (talk) 05:57, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- Also for the patches section, they were just story expansion? No technology changes, new character jobs, animals to ride, game mechanics, new graphics? Just story? Just wondering. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 06:30, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- There are new features. On the to-do list. Axem Titanium (talk) 07:15, 9 June 2020 (UTC)

Great plot reduction! Redo the patches section, add a screenshot of something important, and this could be a nomination as well! Judgesurreal777 (talk) 23:18, 12 June 2020 (UTC)
- By the way, just thought of a suggestion: add a plot tag for when people go to add plot stuff, so that when they do it says “don’t add more than 400-700 words”, might help keep people from ballooning the plot section again. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 23:21, 12 June 2020 (UTC)
- I think it's just one editor who's doing it and I think it was the empty space that invited it. They didn't do too much expansion to the plot sections I'd already written for the other expansions. Axem Titanium (talk) 00:12, 13 June 2020 (UTC)
- Hey @Judgesurreal777:, just so you know, I can run reFill for myself. I like to do it all at once when I'm done expanding so I can make sure that the citation style is consistent. Thanks, Axem Titanium (talk) 04:06, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
Hey, would you consider reviewing this article for the GA drive? I reviewed one of the users articles, and she still has this other one, it’s pretty compact so it shouldn’t take long. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 03:26, 12 June 2020 (UTC)

- You can start any time you want, Lots of little fixes. I’m thinking an image of Zenos would be good because he’s such a big character, maybe if he appears with a primal, which is also unexplained in the article. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 21:56, 14 June 2020 (UTC)

Kite
Hi there. After working on Haseo and Matsuyama, I realized that Kite had a lot of commentary so I tried creating the article Kite (.hack). I thought you should know first considering you edited most of the original series. Feel free to add, change or remove anything. Cheers.Tintor2 (talk) 22:13, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
- Nice, good work! I've been meaning to get back to improving those articles after I lost momentum (three failed FACs will do that to you >.>). I've got a bunch on my plate so I'll have to take a rain check for now. Glad I'm not the only one interested at least! Axem Titanium (talk) 22:54, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
- I guess Haseo's article covers most of his stuff, but I'm not sure about Kite since I think there was .hack manga that retold the original games. Also, my prose is kinda weak so it needs a copyedit in the you might want to nominate any to GA. But yeah FAs are quite hard. The only article I managed to make FA was Allen Walker but I decided to stay away from FA nominations.Tintor2 (talk) 23:52, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
Your GA nomination of Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood
The article Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood you nominated as a good article has passed ; see Talk:Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood for comments about the article. Well done! .hack//G.U. Trilogy
I tried expanding a bit .hack//G.U. Trilogy with some sources. However, the one with the most amounts of production info happens to be in Japanese and I'm afraid of using Google Translate too much to the point of making mistakes. In case you can, it would be of great help.Tintor2 (talk) 00:41, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
- Sorry, my Japanese familiarity is mostly archaeological, as in I decipher it with the aid of Google Translate. I wouldn't necessarily be any better at it than you. If you're worried about accuracy, you could ask for help with translation at WTVG? Axem Titanium (talk) 03:05, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
- I managed to expand the production but the reception happens to be quite small as there are barely five reviews. I can't find anything anywhere about another review.Tintor2 (talk) 19:03, 21 June 2020 (UTC)
- I think the section looks quite good right now. I wouldn't feel like it's lacking in length or coverage, if I were reviewing the article. Axem Titanium (talk) 04:04, 22 June 2020 (UTC)
- Just gave Kite and Haseo a bit of expansion but I have no knowledge of link. Among the characters, the one who gets a lot of critical response seems to be Tsukasa from Sign since he is the most explored in anime reviews. However, I barely found something about his creation. You think there is potential for a Tsukasa article?Tintor2 (talk) 00:32, 29 June 2020 (UTC)
- Hard for me to say since I haven't spent time looking for sources. I would suggest looking into academic writing about Tsukasa's gender identity (and eventual relationship) since that's a big aspect of his character and the discussion around the show. See Flea (Chrono Trigger)#References for some websites that would likely discuss this, e.g. Autostraddle, The Mary Sue, OutCrowd, etc. Axem Titanium (talk) 00:17, 1 July 2020 (UTC)
- Just some stuff I found after a cursory google [1] [2] [3]. I bet there's more. Axem Titanium (talk) 00:31, 1 July 2020 (UTC)

- Yes. There is a lot of reception information but I failed to find making. The only thing I know about it is that Ito created Tsukasa to be the opposite of Kite personalitywise in order to bring variety to the .hack project since back in 2002 the games were released alongside Sign.Tintor2 (talk) 01:03, 1 July 2020 (UTC)
- Yeah sorry can't help directly there. I bet there's a decent amount of creation info locked in JP sources. You could try looking at some of the really dedicated fansites and see if they cite their sources (or ask what their sources are). SIGN feels like the it was made in the era of web "shrines" on geocities or whatever, haha. Axem Titanium (talk) 15:42, 1 July 2020 (UTC)
Sorry for bothering but I managed to further expand the .hack//G.U. article thanks to all the sources I found while exploring Haseo and the series in general. Since some sections became quite bigger I tried dividing them through subsections. I had help from User:ProtoDrake to learn how Matsuyama came up with the narrative of the games while I also added more reviews from Last Recode. Feel free to make any changes. Also, I replaced the main image with the logo. For some reason the infobox had the promo art of the Last Recode but without the logo. Cheers. Also, I still haven't finished Last Recode so its plot section needs some trimming.Tintor2 (talk) 01:10, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
- No problem at all. Good work on the expansion. Happy to co-nom on the GA if that's the goal. I'll go through and copyedit as soon as I can. The logo is a bit low resolution and it's non-free to boot (if it was a free logo, I would have no problem, but it's not). I think I would prefer box art from one of the games (or Last Recode) instead. Axem Titanium (talk) 05:41, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
- There was a collection of the three covers but it kinda looked hard to identify well. As a result, I added the first game. Also, making it GA would be pretty cool and thus make it like the first .hack series. I guess both Kite and Haseo have potential to be GA but also need some copyedit. Although I haven't played Link, I kinda got told how exactly Kite works in that game. Basically, there is a Kite AI as well as the original in a timetravel story.Tintor2 (talk) 19:52, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
- Yeah I haven't played Link or Last Recode Vol 4 so I'd only be able to do basic copyediting, no detailed story clarifications or anything like that. I'll try to get to it soon. Axem Titanium (talk) 22:27, 5 July 2020 (UTC)

I, Judgesurreal777, Hereby award you the The Barnstar of High Culture for your nominations and reviews in this drive. Serious accusation?
User not liking the game and accusing game developers shutting out "more important companies who are actually critical of the game" is not connected to what we are discussing. Talk pages are not for general discussion about the subject of the article. −αΣn=1NDi[n][Σj∈C{i}Fji[n − 1]+Fexti[(n^−1)] 19:51, 19 June 2020 (UTC)
- "Regardless, Masem is right, we can't really do anything about it. Yeah, unfortunately the more important companies who are actually critical of the game were shut out and not allowed to give number scores, but again, the Wikipedia page has to go off the 95/100 score it got on Metacritic." You deleted their entire comment because you felt that one section of it was maybe a little off-topic. That's not appropriate behavior when trying to "enforce" NOTFORUM. Axem Titanium (talk) 20:15, 19 June 2020 (UTC)
I agree with the initial statement here. I've played through about 10 hours of the game so far and it is absolutely boring garbage and it was likely reviewed by many companies who are shills to get such a high score. Regardless, Masem is right, we can't really do anything about it. Yeah, unfortunately the more important companies who are actually critical of the game were shut out and not allowed to give number scores, but again, the Wikipedia page has to go off the 95/100 score it got on Metacritic.
One section you say? OK... −αΣn=1NDi[n][Σj∈C{i}Fji[n − 1]+Fexti[(n^−1)] 20:28, 19 June 2020 (UTC)- What are you trying to prove here? The correct response to off-topic discussion is a warning, or maybe hiding it in a collapsed box if it's long and distracting. Unilaterally deleting it is a measure of last resort for extreme cases with little ambiguity. I don't think their comment met that bar. Axem Titanium (talk) 20:31, 19 June 2020 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Gaia (Final Fantasy VII)
A tag has been placed on Gaia (Final Fantasy VII) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. And the Alexander O. Smith articles look like they could be easy GA’s, we just need to add references to their games lists. I could start on that, would you want to nominate them after that? We could get them to GA just like we did with Ted Woolsey! Judgesurreal777 (talk) 17:02, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
- Sure that sounds good. I didn't think Woolsey was already ready. Axem Titanium (talk) 18:18, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
I feel like going through the ringer again! If you have a chance, would you Ga review this article? It has been a pain in my side forever, and the best way to cure that is to get it to GA status. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 14:53, 29 June 2020 (UTC)

Just a thought, but others might help you build the article if you put it in the main article space. It’s at least a C already, and even I could help, I need to find about four more Final Fantasy GA’s after all for the drive! Judgesurreal777 (talk) 17:11, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
- I like to finish a full draft first before I bring it into mainspace. It helps me keep track of all the sources and make sure I don't miss anything. I've left a lot of notes to myself in the text, as you can see. I'm almost there. Axem Titanium (talk) 19:26, 5 July 2020 (UTC)

In order to compare the remaster quality, I tried adding one image from an official video but I don't know if it's good. It already happened to me when trying to to illustrate the visuals of Tekken 6. Somehow, the Youtube quality wasn't good on my computer Does it look okay? here.Tintor2 (talk) 15:42, 7 July 2020 (UTC)
- Make sure you're on 1080p HD setting on YouTube and use full screen. Maybe try one of the comparison shots where left and right are the same image (e.g. 2:40 in the video)? The current image just looks like the PS4 version is more blue tinted. Axem Titanium (talk) 20:16, 7 July 2020 (UTC)
- Tried another one. With two examples from the Youtube vid. The PS4 made it blue tinted. There are also comparison in regards to cutscenes but I don't know what's more important.Tintor2 (talk) 21:23, 7 July 2020 (UTC)
- How about the one I just uploaded? It's from a cutscene so the character is bigger and it's a little easier to see the difference. Feel free to revert if you don't like it. Axem Titanium (talk) 02:26, 10 July 2020 (UTC)

- Neat. I'm still in the Redemption part of Last Recode so it will take me some more days to tone down 4th part of the plot. Also, I found that Last Recode got nominated for English cast by Behind the Voice Actors in the past but I don't know if that site is notable. Talking about Last Recode's cast, I couldn't find anything about the English cast to add to production other than Lowenthal's experience with Haseo.Tintor2 (talk) 21:30, 10 July 2020 (UTC)
- I'm not certain about BTVA but I'm leaning not noteworthy. .hack is super niche so it's always a challenge to find RS covering it. Gotta make do with what exists, unfortunately. Axem Titanium (talk) 22:10, 10 July 2020 (UTC)

- Just finished Reconnect so I gave every plot section a major retouch to be written in out of universe while adding some references. Feel free to do anything if you are interested. Contact if there is an important part of the article needing a source or something like that. I tried using all references from memoirs since they sum up stuff pretty well.Tintor2 (talk) 15:22, 15 July 2020 (UTC)
- Great! I'll get to work on that copyedit! Axem Titanium (talk) 18:49, 15 July 2020 (UTC)

- @Judgesurreal777: I think I managed to expand all of Haseo's coverage thanks to a friend who owns the manga where the writer talks about the character was handled in a different fashion from the game. As a result, I put it to be requested to be copyedited in the guild. I believer it has potential to be GA but I have no idea if the article is properly well organized. After GU and have some free time, Could you later give it a look? Cheers.Tintor2 (talk) 21:20, 16 July 2020 (UTC)
- Alright I finished my copyedit. If you want to handle the GA fixes, you can nominate it. Otherwise, I can do it as well. Axem Titanium (talk) 05:12, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
I think it would be better if you nominate it. You have more experience than me at these types of articles. Tintor2 (talk) 05:57, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
- Sure, I'll do it after I get through a few GANs I've been asked to do. Axem Titanium (talk) 06:31, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
- I realized the article was lacking release dates so I added them to the development section. Feel free to check. I decided to nominate it but feel free to revise anything.Tintor2 (talk) 20:04, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
- Great! I added my name as co-nominator and will help out with reviewer comments. Axem Titanium (talk) 02:17, 26 July 2020 (UTC)

Nice.Tintor2 (talk) 19:44, 26 July 2020 (UTC)
Found a French website that reviewed the entire manga series of GU so I managed to expand more Haseo, Ovan and Atoli's section. Sadly, I can't find anything about Kite's manga XXXX. I requested both Haseo and Kite to be copyedited but the former is quite bigger due to the information provided. Once the GU article's review finishes, we could also try nominating any of the characters if you are interested.Tintor2 (talk) 01:19, 27 July 2020 (UTC)
- Happy to help with copyediting and fixes but I wouldn't feel comfortable co-nominating those since you did basically all the work. Axem Titanium (talk) 01:29, 27 July 2020 (UTC)
- Having a problem. Nowadays, due to work I can barely touch the Wikipedia through the computer so I don't think I might be able to solve possible issues from the GU review. Also, I don't know if you are aware, but I created an article for the manga version of GU but I can't find more sources in regards to latter volumes of +. I've talked about it in discord so the closest thing to new reviews would be foreigners like the reviewers from Spain or Germany.Tintor2 (talk) 01:37, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
- No problem, I left a message on the GAN. As for the GU manga, it's not uncommon for later manga volumes to be scarce on reviews as people lose interest in covering it. If you can find reliable non-English language reviews, that's great, but I wouldn't consider it a requirement to meet the "comprehensive" checkbox for GA. Don't stress out too much for finding such sources unless you really want to. Your recent expansion of .hack related topics is really impressive! Axem Titanium (talk) 01:48, 6 August 2020 (UTC)

Gonna take it to GA? It would be nice to one of these days have a FFXIV Good topic! Judgesurreal777 (talk) 02:28, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
- Yeah, I will soon. Still have User:Axem Titanium/List of Final Fantasy XIV media kicking around as well... Axem Titanium (talk) 02:29, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
Would you please consider reviewing this article? Maybe claim it and review it when you get the chance? I think it has potential to pass, it’s one of ProtoDrakes babies I’m just carrying across the 1 yard line! Judgesurreal777 (talk) 16:25, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
- Yeah I can do that. Axem Titanium (talk) 20:50, 14 July 2020 (UTC)
