[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Maurice Bucaille has been reverted.
Your edit here to Maurice Bucaille was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=As0ZMmRBKYo&feature=youtu.be, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SiZQYk8eih0&feature=youtu.be) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. music or video) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 15:24, 3 October 2021 (UTC)
Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. —twotwofourtysix(My talk page and contributions) 03:43, 11 October 2021 (UTC)
- @Twotwofourtysix: Oh! Thanks man, I needed it. ~ AwfulReader (talk) 03:56, 11 October 2021 (UTC)
Italics
[edit]Thanks for adding those links to Veronica incana, but remember, even if the sources don't do it, species names need to be properly italicized. Keep up the good work! Abductive (reasoning) 00:43, 8 October 2021 (UTC)
Reference editing
[edit]Your edit to Colchicum_bulbocodium did something very odd to one of the references. Curtis's botanical magazine is not a book, it is a journal. There's no indication of where you got all those author names from: William Curtis was dead by the time that issue was published, and it is difficult to understand how you could have interpreted "Britain), Royal Horticultural Society (Great" as the name of a person. Besides, the reference you edited already had the name of the actual author (John Bellenden Ker Gawler), which you removed for some reason. The URL, which pointed to the correct page of the publication before your edit, pointed to the first page of the volume after you had edited it. Please make sure that you understand exactly what your edits do, and please double-check them after you have saved them. --bonadea contributions talk 13:19, 8 October 2021 (UTC)

[edit]I appreciate your edits and I apologize for interfering with them. Can you leave a message on my talk page once you are finished though? As I have some planned edits for the page too. SiliconProphet (talk) 22:14, 8 October 2021 (UTC)
Redirect categories
[edit]I appreciate your willingness to help, but please only apply accurate redirect categories. You've applied inaccurate "R from move" categories, for example here, to some recently created redirects - that category should only be applied to redirects that are created as the result of a page move. I've therefore undone your categorization. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions! Elli (talk | contribs) 02:46, 10 October 2021 (UTC)
- @Elli:, Ok! thanks for let me know... I'll remember it. ~ AwfulReader (talk) 02:53, 10 October 2021 (UTC)
answering-islam
[edit]You added a link to answering-islam.org at Maurice Bucaille. This site, along with various other answering-XXXXXX sites, is a hate site and all links to it have been deleted (see WP:Reliable sources/Noticeboard/Archive 350#answering-islam.org). Did you have a convincing reason to include it? --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 15:40, 10 October 2021 (UTC)
- @John Maynard Friedman: Thanks for let me knowing, I didn't know about it before ~ AwfulReader (talk) 15:49, 10 October 2021 (UTC)
ITN recognition for Farooq Feroze Khan
[edit]On 11 October 2021, In the news was updated with an item that involved the article Farooq Feroze Khan, which you updated. If you know of another recently created or updated article suitable for inclusion in ITN, please suggest it on the candidates page. Stephen 00:27, 11 October 2021 (UTC)

[edit]My apologies for the revert. I was looking at the older version on another device and somehow got confused 😕. Thanks for putting it right. All the best. No Great Shaker (talk) 22:58, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
