Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. As well as requiring reliable sources, content should also not be added to articles unless it is relevant to the subject of the article. Perhaps this bit of information, which you judge to be "trivia", may inspire the next visitor of the page to add additional content that makes the page and the narrative more complete. For example, perhaps someone will read it and think "that's not the full story because I know of several barristers in the lineage of the subject." When that person adds what they know, then we have a page full of information about this minor historical figure and his family. That said, I am not going to waste my time with this back-and-forth. Let the page remain limited and the section to which I have added content remain even shorter.

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. I sense the real problem here is that I know too much about the subject. This is helpful, and explains much of what one finds on Wikipedia.

I am a securities lawyer who works on IPOs and the like. It would be incredibly stupid for me to advertise here. There's zero chance any client would come through this page. I am editing this page because I am the most competent person to write about Blackstock. Nothing I have added to this page is factually inaccurate or uncited. You're being a nuisance.

This standard overview of the conflict of interest guidelines was placed here because you added your own name to an article as a 'notable person' which is not appropriate. It would also be worth you slowing down and taking some time to read about wikipedia's core policies including notability, verifiability and neutrality. This is an encyclopedia, not a personal/town history website. The style you are writing in and much of the content you have added is far more suited to the latter and thus may end up being removed.
