Capitalization

[edit]

In case you weren't aware after seeing what you did to the Black Veil Brides page, musical genres are not proper nouns so capitalizing them is incorrect grammar. See Template:Infobox musical artist. --- GunMetal Angel 07:23, 29 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Capitalizing genres in the info box seems to be a personal preference and differs greatly from one music article to the next. Is this a stylizing choice? Within the article, of course not. Wait and watch someone completely delete genres altogether anyway. - Ausher8 (talk) 07:35, 29 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

NOW I see what you linked to. I've watched other people go back and forth but had never seen that specific template help page. Sometimes I find wiki's help pages to be hard to find and navigate :(
Now I can edit info box genres accordingly and link to that page if others disagree or revert to edits with capitalization. Awesome. Thank you :) - Ausher8 (talk) 07:44, 29 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
