Bakari, both in her Wikipedia page and earlier in the page, is referred to as 12 years old, which aligns with the fact she was born in August of 1996. The articles listing her age as 14 contradict her autobiography and later articles (ex: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/may/23/sole-survivor-of-2009-comoros-plane-crash-recalls-terrifying-ordeal), and thus should not be used to cite her age. You cannot use Wikipedia as a source. References #3 and #4 in the article says she was 14. The url you mentioned above is not in the article.--Jetstreamer Talk 00:05, 1 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As I noted, her date of birth seems to be given in her autobiography, and multiple more recent sources, like the one above or others from 2022, either mention she was 12 at the time or 25 in May of 2022, which aligns with a August 1996 birthday, so the sources clearly need to be changed. I'm not familiar enough with Wikipedia to properly add sources, so I'm not going to edit it again, but please consider reading more recent articles and citing them in the page, as the article's assertion that she was 14 at the time is outright false and contradicts the rest of the article. Edit broke the page

[edit]

Please describe how my edit "broke the page", per your revert earlier today. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 07:00, 3 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

My apologies, now looking at that edit, it isn't causing any problem. Presumably something on my end bugged out, causing every file used on the page not to load. Reverted my revert, thank you for reaching out. Atriskofmistake (talk) 13:44, 3 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
