- Thank you for the welcome message! I'm slowly figuring things out, so very much appreciate the links.
- I've been updating images of properties on the National Register of Historic Places where I think the infobox picture is a bit stale. I recently updated one on the page of Pullman National Historical Park which was immediately reverted because "closer one is better". I left an @ on the Talk:Pullman National Historical Park for the editor who reverted my change. If I'm understanding Wikipedia's policies correctly, I should wait a day or two for a response on the Talk page before I reinstate my change (I'm trying to avoid an edit war).
- I feel like "better" is pretty subjective and the image I uploaded aligns with Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Images#Images for the lead. If I can't reach a consensus with this editor, my other options are to try the Wikipedia:Third opinion or Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard correct? Would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide as I've never been in this situation before. Thanks! Atonarks (talk) 21:08, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
