A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Aranya, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Regarding Aranya
[edit]Well, of course I'm not going to request the article's deletion without giving people the chance to improve it! Regarding the citations, do you know how to make in-text citations? I can quickly teach you if you need, it's quite easy. Anyway, my main concern is the overall quality of the article. For example, the first paragraph of the "ARANYA 2008" section is really unnecessary. Articles at Wikipedia shouldn't speak directly to the reader, that's why the use of "you" or "we" is totally discouraged. Remember that we need to keep a neutral point of view. In other words, editors should not add comments, opinions, etc. For example, no matter how popular the Beatles were, one should never state that they are good on their article here at Wiki. On the other hand, we know that they were popular and this is unquestionable (they have sold like, more than a billion copies?). If you just remove all comments, opinions, non-neutral statements, then the article is sure to increase its quality. Victor Lopes (talk) 22:36, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Ulta Pulta
[edit]A tag has been placed on Ulta Pulta requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. mhking (talk) 11:52, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of MindJolt
[edit]A tag has been placed on MindJolt, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia for multiple reasons. Please visit the article for details.
You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Codf1977 (talk) 12:09, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
