There are many different versions of Wikipedia for many different languages, and the English version has 6,889,376 articles which are written by volunteers like you and me! We even have a newspaper, The Signpost, to keep you up to date with news and new developments. Note that an individual source must meet all four criteria to be counted towards notability.

there shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Selaiyur. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
