I just am someone who knows him and he trusts, who is also organized. Apparently someone needs to send an administrator or editor sources that verify his notability. I am not interested in editing anything for Noel Ashman; sources have been requested to restore his bio.I would like to provide them - which to me is the below:

In addition, I would like to change my user name to lalasass so as to not have an account associated with the concerns raised. I now fully understand wikipedia - and the COI rules - and will of course abide by all Wiki rules.

Decline reason:

Changing your username- though necessary- doesn't eliminate the concerns with your account. An "editor" is anyone who participates in building this encyclopedia- that includes providing sources. You only seem to be interested in providing sources, and not actually writing about this person- that's not usually how Wikipedia works, especially when the topic involved does not currently have an article. An article topic being salted usually means that there has been repeated and/or sustained efforts (by one or multiple people) to attempt to re-create something that was removed, usually for a good reason that isn't being addressed.
