Please can anyone explain me why I decide to log in after a long time and I find I can't edit? I know countering vandalism is important, but consider that blocking IPs can prevent many users from editing, for example if it is that of a public place. I don't think blocking tens of users from editing is worth it, can't you just block the user? I can't believe you don't have the tools to deal with vandals in an individualised way without others being affected? Thanks for an answer
