If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Jorge Rando requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Dengero (talk) 15:13, 2 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I strongly believe that the page was nominated by error, I must recognized that english editing was required, and external sources needed to be revised in the terms and conditions directed by wikipedia. However the prestige and relevance as Jorge Rando as a key figure on modern art is undisputable, there are hundreds of articles on his work all along europe, in news papers and specialized magazinesIn addtion to awards giving to this artist, we have the Spanish and German government and institutions recognising his contribution to art. Regarded the neutrality, the opinions on the article are well sourced by many art critics and historians, as well as credited sources.

Please reconsider to remove the page from Wikipedia, the most important tool in our days.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for taking the time to contribute.

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Jorge Rando. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 15:21, 2 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did at Jorge Rando, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 15:21, 2 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
