Hi administrators, I used to edit in Wikipedia a long time ago. It would be about 1 year ago. But then my account was blocked. It's true that I have made some mistakes. You can consider it inexperience of a novice user. Actually I don't have the capability to write in Wikipedia. I am not so good in English. I am giving my word that this kind of mistake will not happen any more. I will only try to include some image or maps in some of the articles. And will try to consult with the other editors about improving some of the articles. Nothing more than that. Request reason:

Yes, it's true that I had used multiple accounts. But the reason was not so serious. I am explaining, I had made some comments in the talk pages of some of the Persian articles, like Sasanian empire, Parthian empire and Achaemenid empire. But my English was not so good. I wanted to correct my comments in the talk pages. But the other editors reverted my edits. I tried several times to correct the comments but the other editors reverted my edits, and finally they blocked my account. So, finally, I made some new accounts and tried to correct the comments. Actually, I didn't realize that even correcting the comments in the talk pages is prohibited. So that was the problem and it was not was not such a serious problem. Now I have understood my mistake. I apologize for my previous deeds and giving my word that this kind of mistake will not happen any more. Hi administrators, I will tell you to consider my appeal a bit. Some of the administrators are being too harsh for me. I don't think the other administrators think that way. Well I am telling once again, yes, it is true I have made some mistakes in the earlier times. I am not so good in English and I did not know the rules and regulations very well. I want to contribute to wikipedia to some extent. So please consider my appeal a bit please. I am giving my word, I will not write any text in the articles. I will only include some photos, pictures and maps in some of the articles. I will ask for the permission in the edit summary just "once", and if any editor prohibit me to edit that article I will immediately refrain from editing that article.
