If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The article 4Digital Media has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 16:13, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on 4Digital Media requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ttonyb (talk) 17:07, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on 4Digital Media requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with 4Digital Media. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. ttonyb (talk) 18:06, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to 4Digital Media. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Uncle Dick (talk) 18:08, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I believe you left a message on my talk page as the IP 86.176.175.195, so I'll copy my response here. If you are not the same person you can delete my post here.

Which article are you referring to? Do you mean 4Digital Media? If so, the reasons for its deletion are as follows: the first time, the article was written with a promotional tone, as if the subject was being advertised; the second time, you removed all the text, which usually indicates that you want it deleted; the third time, the article did not indicate how the subject was notable by Wikipedia's standards.

If you want to work on the article without fear that it will be deleted before you are finished, you should start it as a subpage in your user space (e.g. at User:Ariaspr/4Digital Media) and once it is ready you can move it into the regular article space. Please keep in mind that the article must indicate with reliable sources how the company is notable.

You should read the page Your First Article for more information. You can also visit the Drawing Board to get advice and opinions on the article you are working on. Hope this helps. ... discospinster talk 18:10, 13 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you.

A tag has been placed on 4Digital Media requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. blue520 11:30, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, such as 4Digital Media, you will be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. You have now created this article four times, and have made no attempt at all to address the issues which led to its deletion. Continually re-creating an article which does not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria fo conclusion is not constructive. JamesBWatson (talk) 11:40, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. You have now added promotional links to the 4Digital Media website to at least seven articles. JamesBWatson (talk) 12:00, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. It is clear that your account is being used only to promote 4Digital Media. This is not an acceptable use of Wikipedia. JamesBWatson (talk) 12:03, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Administrator Intervention

I have requested intervention against your removal of speedy deletion templates. Acather96 (talk) 11:44, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you use Wikipedia for advertising, as you did with Triads, Yardies and Onion Bhajees, you will be blocked from editing. Pontificalibus (talk) 11:52, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is in reply to your request at WP:REFUND - what you are asking for is not undeletion but unprotection of the page, which has been salted because of repeated recreation.

The point is that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a business listing directory; in order to have an article, a company, or any other subject, has to demonstrate notability by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and press releases. More detail at WP:Notability (organizations and companies). Not every company will qualify, and new ones in particular are unlikely to. None of the deleted versions of your article give any indication that the company is notable, nor does your present draft. If you can make a draft that does demonstrate notability, you should ask Tbsdy lives (talk · contribs), the administrator who protected the article, to look at it and allow recreation if he agrees.

You must understand that Wikipedia is not for advertising or promotion of any kind; since you seem to be editing entirely about 4Digital I must ask you to read our guidelines on WP:Conflict of interest and WP:Best practices for editors with conflicts of interest.

Request reason:

We now understand the regulations and rules. Can you please unblock our account, so we can set this article up properly

Decline reason:

Your request indicates that you do not understand the rules, both because you seem to think it is acceptable to share an account among multiple users, to write about your own company, which does not appear to meet Wikipedia's guidelines for inclusion. It isn't enough to say you understand the rules- you have to share a plan for following them, and you're sharing a plan for continuing to break them. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 16:43, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

That's just it, though. You have conflict of interest with this subject, which means you are highly discouraged from creating/editing articles about the company. What other subjects would you be editing (as creating this page appears very unlikely at the moment)? TNXMan 16:38, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
