Peter Rabbit (TV series)

[edit]

Hi, regarding your edits on Peter Rabbit (TV series), it's up to the editor adding information to provide sources for that information. If you can add sources that support the descriptions you added, that's great! Otherwise, it violates Wikipedia guidelines on verifiability.

Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Trivialist (talk) 11:00, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding Peter Rabbit (TV series) and references: You have to provide a source that explicitly says "Peter is the protagonist," or "Lily is the tritagonist," or whatever. What you added is still your own interpretation. Also, per WP:PROTAGONIST, characters should not be labeled as protagonist, deuteragonist, etc.; their roles should be clear from the description of the plot and the characters. Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Peter Rabbit (TV series), you may be blocked from editing. March 2018

[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Fantastic Mr. Fox (film). Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 04:14, 7 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Dispute Resolution Noticeboard

[edit]

Do not open a third request at the dispute resolution noticeboard without providing proper notice to the other editors. If you are having difficulty in providing notice, ask for help at the Help Desk or the Teahouse. Repeatedly requesting dispute resolution at noticeboards without trying to follow proper formalities is troublesome and may result in sanctions. Robert McClenon (talk) 01:57, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, okay. That is notice, although it is just barely notice. Robert McClenon (talk) 03:08, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
