Hello Aquahabitant. If you continue to spread your own WP:Original research around Wikipedia, you are risking a block. You might be better off participating at a place like https://math.stackexchange.com. You could also try to publish your own material at https://arxiv.org. Wikipedia is not an outlet for original mathematics or theoretical computer science. We are not the place for your work. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 02:30, 13 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I think perhaps I should try to contribute more historical articles, in which i am interested, in order to avoid unwanted block. But please understand that there is no originality in all my contribution because I only contribute trivial ones. The situation is subtle, would I be risking being blocked if I wrote '1+1 is 2' And could I be risking being blocked if I wrote 'it is absurd to think 1+1 =3'.

Compromised account, and use of your user talk page

[edit]

Hi Aquahabitant,

first, you have said in a couple of places (here and on your user page) that you have previously used the account User:Waterwizardm, and that that account is compromised. If other people have access to that login, you should immediately ask an administrator to block the Waterwizardm account. It doesn't appear to be urgent since Waterwizardm has no edits since July, but a compromised account needs to be blocked.

Secondly, could you please remove the sections "Shortest lecture explaining that integer factering difficulty is secure", "Comments about factoring", and "History of absurd algorithms" from this talk page? Your user talk page is meant as a way for other editors to communicate with you, and when the page fills up with content unrelated to that, communication becomes more difficult.

You cannot use any Wikipedia pages to publish your own original research – not this talk page, not article talk pages, and not Wikipedia articles. Thank you. --bonadea contributions talk 13:56, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed multiple contributions to talk pages by you; we are not a place for you to present new lectures on articles. If you continue violating WP:NOTAFORUM you will likely be blocked from editing. Jasper Deng (talk) 12:06, 22 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Aquahabitant! The thread you created at the Wikipedia:Teahouse, What if you find something obviously strange in a reliable source, has been archived because there was no discussion for a few days (usually at least two days, and sometimes four or more). You can still find the archived discussion here. If you have any additional questions that weren't answered then, please feel free to create a new thread.

The archival was done by Lowercase sigmabot III, and this notification was delivered by Muninnbot, both automated accounts. You can opt out of future notifications by placing {{bots|deny=Muninnbot}} here on your user talk page. Muninnbot (talk) 19:01, 9 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
