I've answered your question over on the help desk, but first - is the name "Apachepower" related to the company?

If so, you need to change that before you do anything else. A user-name containing a company name is not permitted; see WP:CORPNAME.

If the name is from the company, you can either request a change of name, or just abandon the account (never using it again) and create a new one.
