The English language sources I found on Google here seem to support John Juvenal as the arrangement, and even a search for "Juvenal John Ancina" here seems to produce entries with "John Juvenal" above others. Based on this, I'm guessing that arrangement is the preferred one in English, although I freely admit that I know comparatively little about this individual myself. Now, I admit that "Juvenal Ancina" here produces some returns as well. I'm guessing that the "Catholic Hierarchy" site used as a reference in this article might be one of the bases for the selection of the existing name, because it is the most direct translation of the name there. Having said all that, I guess I could see that name maybe being used. Unfortunately, the article text is such that I myself can't be sure whether the relevant guideline, WP:NCCL, applies here or if it does how it might apply. I get the impression the "John" or "Juvenal" is possibly a name taken on joinging the order, but that isn't clear from the text. I think the question is a reasonable one, and I certainly can't see any objections to asking it on the article talk page, with the page creator, or maybe at [[WT:SAINTS]. I can check a few of the print reference sources available to me next week to see what name they use, and what if anything the text contains indicating if there was a name taken on entering the order.
