Can you explain your rationale for removing the entire history section on TSG? This is all factual information. From your other edits you appear to be a conflicted editor with an association with the firm. Removing this content is not appropriate. Please note that I have not yet reverted th your edits but i have tagged the article for issues you have incorporated into the article. If you are willing to restrict your edits to productive contributions this can be permitted but wholesale redaction / incorporation of unreferenced claims cannot be permitted. Hi User:Urbanrenewal Thank you for the opportunity to explain the changes. First, let us say that we are, as you, committed to factual comment. We looked at our proposed changes carefully to make sure that they were accurate and sustainable, and that they would provide readers with an accurate, and not promotional view of the company. The company was made aware of our changes to the page.

In shortening the history of the company, we determined it was not germane to the company as it exists today. We do plan to update the references section to reflect more current articles on the company.

We strive to abide by Wikipedia rules and hope that you WP:AGF assume good faith that we are trying to be as accurate as possible. Hence, the suggestion that the edited page was “written like an advertisement” is really not warranted. We're more than willing to work with you towards achieving an equitable, factual resolution of your concerns. However, while we are doing so, we request that you for now remove the tags, which besmirches the name and reputation of a very highly regarded firm with, we can assure you, the highest standards for business conduct.
