User talk:Anonymous anonymous/Adimin poll archive
Answers to your questions
[edit]I take it that you must be taking some sort of poll, eh?
Question 1. Are you an Administrator?
- No, I am not.
Question 2a. If you are when did you become an administrator?
- As above, I am not an administrator.
Question 2b. If you're not has anyone nominated you to become one?
- I'm not aware of having been nominated.
Question 3. Would you like to become an administrator someday?
- At this point in my wikilife, no. While it would be nice to have the added capabilities, I don't currently want to have the added responsibilities that come along with them. I don't want to shut the door permanently on ever being an administrator, but I don't see myself seeking the position anytime soon.
Now, if you don't mind, may I ask you if you picked me for your poll randomly, or if you thought I might be interested in becoming an admin, or something else? I'm just curious. --Tachikoma 13:33, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
RE:Questions:
[edit]Question 1. Are you an Administrator?
A. Nope, i'm not yet an admin.
Question 2a. If you are when did you become an administrator?
A. Please see above
Question 2b. If you're not has anyone nominated you to become one?
A. Yes, I have been nominated by The Republican. I've declined for the time being, though.
Question 3. Would you like to become an administrator someday?
A. Yes, I would like to become an admin someday. I have been participating in the WP:AFD, WP:RFA, and WP:AIV. If I do become an admin someday, I will help out on the AIV, and do my job as an admin to review the listed articles on the AFD. Also, I may list experieced users on the RFA, they are really in need of the mop. I also warned vandals on their talk page, so I may be experienced on those areas.
I hope these answers help you. :-) Funnybunny (talk/QRVS) 23:52, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
Re: Questions
[edit]Hey AA! Here are the answers to the questions you recently left on my talk page:
Question 1. Are you an Administrator?
A: No.
Question 2b. If you're not has anyone nominated you to become one?
A: I have never recieved a nomination for adminship. I have had a few users tell me to come to them if I'm looking for a nomination, but I have not done so. I have self-nominated myself once, back in March (My First RFA), that failed 7/15/8, mostly due to lack of time I'd been with the project.
Question 3. Would you like to become an administrator someday?
A: I feel I could contribute more to the project with the tools Administrators are priviledged with. As an active participant in work that involves Administrator interaction at one point, it would save the time of others to also be able to complete the processes I initiate and contribute to.
If you have any other questions, well, you've already found my talk page. --ZsinjTalk 18:52, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
- Haha, you make it sound like you're going to force me into it. *grin* --ZsinjTalk 19:03, 11 May 2006 (UTC)

Re: Your Questions
[edit]Thank you for your inquiries and your intrest. Here are my responses.
Question 1. Are you a Wikipedia Administrator?
- I am not.
Question 2a. If you are when did you become an administrator?
- See above.
Question 2b. If you're not has anyone ever nominated you to become one?
- I haven't actually been nominated although there has been some talk about a nomination for me, but I'm not going to speculate about it.
Question 3. Would you like to become an administrator someday?
- I do have an interest, but, in the end, it is up to the Wikpedia community to decide. I feel I have a strong skill in reverting vandalism, but other areas represenative to an admin, such as AFD and resolving disputes, are currently lacking in skill for me, which is something I am planning on fixing. Again, I want it to be the Wikipedia community's decision in the end, not mine.
Hope this helps. Thanks again. --Pilot|guy 19:58, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
