Welcome!
[edit]Hello Aniket!
Good job creating the article Nitesh Narayan Rane. I saw your message on Sreejithk2000's page on Commons. He rarely edits Wikipedia and i was kinda free and hence decided to clean the article. As and when i get time, i will also expand it and add more information to it. You can also keep editing it by adding more information. In case of any doubts, feel free to ask me here or on my talk page.
The two images you uploaded will probably be deleted in due time as they do not show permission for use. You see, if the images are owned by Rane, only he can give away the permission to use them. Being published on facebook isn't an actual permission. I will also try and find his free image that fits our criteria. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 10:37, 4 April 2013 (UTC)
- If you want that image, you can try by emailing the original uploader to release the copyrights. Try contacting them and if they are willing to do so, i can tell you in details of how it is done.
One more thing, when you write on talk pages, at the end, please put 4 tildes i.e. "~~~~". With this, your signature is made and that helps people understand who wrote the text. For simplicity, you can simply reply here itself and i will reply back when i come across here.
And please don't call me sir. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 11:26, 4 April 2013 (UTC)
- The Guinness Record info is really nice. I will nominate it under Wikipedia:Did you know so it is also displayed on the Main Page. I need to clean and add more info to the article before doing that. Will do in 1-2 days and will also keep you informed about it so you get to learn. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 12:02, 4 April 2013 (UTC)
Chill down! I have now expanded it and also nominated at Template:Did you know nominations/Nitesh Narayan Rane. Now just wait and watch. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 10:50, 5 April 2013 (UTC)
- Unless you have reliable reference to back up your claim of London's education, we can't add it. We have a newspaper saying he studied in USA. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 11:53, 5 April 2013 (UTC)
- Those links given in your welcome note are not just for timepass. Read them. I was just being good with you as you are new. But if you are not going to listen, its going to be hard for you here. (If at all you plan to stay.) Wikipedia believes is verifiability. What's true doesn't matter. What's verifiable matters here. And what you personally think matters least. So don't remove or alter material from that article again. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 17:23, 5 April 2013 (UTC)
- The rightful owner of the material should give away the copyrights by sending a consent email per this format. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 16:10, 6 April 2013 (UTC)
- And do you think it's magic that every time you write "Nitesh Rane" in every line it gets changed to "Rane"??? I am editing it again and again. Why is there a need to write his full name everytime? We are talking about him in his page; aren't we? Is it so confusing to understand what Rane is being discussed here? Don't keep on doing that again and again. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {T/C} 16:16, 6 April 2013 (UTC)

DYK for Nitesh Narayan Rane
[edit]On 15 April 2013, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Nitesh Narayan Rane, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that Swabhiman Sanghatana, headed by Nitesh Narayan Rane, set a Guinness World Record by conducting a job fair which gave over 25,000 jobs to unemployed youth? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Nitesh Narayan Rane. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

[edit]
. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. —Darkwind (talk) 09:20, 1 May 2014 (UTC)
