I Dont understand why im blocked,I seemed to not have done anything wrong?

Your reason here All I'm trying to do is help to update and give information on all towns and villages and cities around Ireland using central statistics office which is controlled by the Irish Government ,but when I tryed to make these edits it was reverted and apparently I'm now a sock puppet??
