Hi, AndrzejCC, Welcome to Wikipedia!

I hope you like this place — I sure do — and want to stay. Before getting too in-depth, you may want to read about the Five pillars of Wikipedia and simplified ruleset. If you need help on how to title new articles check out the naming conventions, and for help on formatting the pages visit the manual of style. If you need help look at Wikipedia:Help and the FAQ , plus if you can't find your answer there, check the Village Pump (for Wikipedia related questions) or the Reference Desk (for general questions)! There's still more help at the Tutorial and Policy Library. Plus, don't forget to visit the Community Portal. And if you have any more questions after that, feel free to post them on my user talk page or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will be by to help you shortly.

Additional tips

[edit]

Here's some extra tips to help you get around in the 'pedia!

  • If you want to play around with your new Wiki skills the Sandbox is for you.
  • You can sign your name using three tildes (~). If you use four, you can add a datestamp too. Five will get you the datestamp only.
  • You may want to add yourself to the new user log.
  • If you ever think a page or image should be deleted, please list it at the votes for deletion page. There is also a votes for undeletion page if you want to retrieve something that you think should not have been deleted.
  • If you're still entirely confused, or would like to get a better grasp of your wikipedia skills, and you have an IRC client (or don't mind getting one), check out the Bootcamp. It's not what it sounds like, but it is fun and can help you with your editing skills.
  • If you're bored and want to find something to do, try the Random page button in the sidebar, or check out the Open Task message in the Community Portal.

A Tale of Two Cartmans

[edit]

Hello there, could I please note that A Tale Of Two Cartmans has been listed for speedy deletion by myself. I have given the reason that there is no official word on this episode actually going to air. The official website hasn't even listed episode 157 yet, so please could it be left as TBA. The website will include the new episode press release tomorrow when a new page will be created with the given information. If you know that this episode DID come from the official website please could some links be provided, and as further back up, an image. Thanks. Mr. Garrison (talk · contribs)

Your edit to 300 (film)

[edit]

Hello, I wanted to inform you that I've reverted your edit at 300 (film) in which you replaced the current film poster with a Polish one. Although I think it's a very good image, it does not belong on the English wikipedia, which is why the current poster is an American one. I had a look at the Polish Wikipedia article for 300, however, and it doesn't seem that they have an image uploaded yet. Perhaps you would like to put it up over there, where it's better suited? María (habla conmigo) 15:14, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This was the second time you have attempted to add the poster. If you feel there is a valid reason for including the poster instead of the one being uised, please go to 300's Discussion and make your argument there. Simply reinstating without explanation when it is clearly contested is not going to garner you any friends. Arcayne (cast a spell) 01:27, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Logo Gdyni.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Logo Gdyni.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:04, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Categories

[edit]

Hi, regarding this edit, please don't change the category format. The category guidelines can be found at Wikipedia:Categorization and they at least have to be alphabetical. Cheers. Spellcast (talk) 15:59, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Hard Way (213 album)

[edit]

Hello, please stop adding the chronology to this article's infobox. This is really not necessary. Thank you. Tasc0 It's a zero! 21:27, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not start a new thread in my talk page to response. You can reply here. It's on my watchlist.
Regarding the infobox, would you please name any album article that has the chronology of the group's members? It'd be extremly odd if you see one. Tasc0 It's a zero! 23:13, 22 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Nas, Foxy Brown, AZ, and Nature Present The Firm: The Album --AndrzejCC (talk) 00:20, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's a collaboration album. I'm talking about an album that was released by some group. Tasc0 It's a zero! 05:29, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's a album by The Firm! --AndrzejCC (talk) 12:48, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Not necessarily. Funny how the "group" is a redirect to the album. [1] Tasc0 It's a zero! 01:52, 24 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Pleae stop. This is not necessary. If you continue, I'm forced to report you. Thanks. Tasc0 It's a zero! 23:57, 3 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I know you're editing in good faith, but that information you're adding on the infobox it's really not necessary. The only chronology that should be added is the group's chronology. Even if the group have released only one album. Tasc0 It's a zero! 05:40, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Tha Realest Killaz, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Whack Rappers

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Whack Rappers, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Whack Rappers. —Hello, Control Hello, Tony 16:16, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:KevinSinCity.jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:KevinSinCity.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. +Angr 11:12, 27 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
