Hello, I hope this note finds you in good spirits. Please help me understand what I did wrong, I followed the directions to have my account unblocked which was placing the autoblock message above. I'm a very simple person, if you can please help me understand what specifically I did wrong I would be happy to comply and fix. My goal is to be a valued member of this community and follow all the rules, I'm still a little unclear specifically what I did to earn the ban, but I'm sure it was an honest mistake. If you can please give me a chance to resolve this I will show you that I'm a fair honest hardworking person, who will be a value to this community. thank you for your time, and I truly hope you can remove the ban. all the best,
