[edit]Hello, Andreabry. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article STELLA magasinet, you may need to consider our guidance on conflicts of interest.
All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.
If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:
- Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
- Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
- Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
- Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.
Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. Altered Walter (talk) 12:52, 10 December 2012 (UTC)
Non-English contributions

Please do not contribute text in Norwegian to English Wikipedia. Your contributions are more than welcome at the Norwegian Wikipedia.

- Hi Andreabry. I have translated STELLA magasinet and moved it to Stella (Norwegian magazine). I have made a few changes and added some references. Please do not add links to social media like Facebook and Twitter, or to people's LinkedIn profiles. But if you know of any other newspaper articles or TV station reports about the magazine, especially demonstrating that the cover interviews are regularly discussed, please add them as references like the ones I have included! English Wikipedia requires references for everything possible (and doesn't like them to be all from the magazine itself or its publisher), but as you will see if you look, Norwegian-language references are perfectly ok. I found there was indeed a lot of press coverage about the launch of Stella, but I am having problems finding more to include in the article because links to the magazine itself are getting in the way. Thank you for writing us an article on this! I wonder whether you intended to register and create the article on no.wikipedia? If so, go ahead and do that too. They can be linked together via an interwiki link so that people can click through from one to the other. Yngvadottir (talk) 19:13, 10 December 2012 (UTC)
