Some comments. I am not sure that a listener is interested (1) in titles of images, (2) in an enumeration of any lists. IMHO :)

- Thanks I really appreciate your comments! I also found those two things somewhat meaningless to dictate, but the guidelines within the Wikipedia:WikiProject_Spoken_Wikipedia recommends reading all image captions and sections (except References).
