Your question at Editor assistance/Requests

[edit]

I left a note there; essentially, someone has deleted your page because it was thought to be advertising rather than encyclopaedic content. You could reconstruct in a sandbox and I'd be happy to work on it with you. --AndrewHowse (talk) 01:22, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Not sure if this is what was deleted, but anyway. This might sound kinda negative, but bear with me and we'll see what we can come up with. My first thoughts are:
  1. Notability - is this notable? It's obviously notable to you, and I've dabbled in this space too, but to the average editor? It would be helpful to shore this up with some additional references, preferably in non-specialist publications.
  2. The trademark thing - makes this look more like advertising, in my mind. One solution would be to write about the customer experience concept and then identify some practitioners. Also bear in mind that you have no rights in and no control over what you publish here. That's because it's under the GFDL licence.
  3. Conflict of interest - you're Amdpc, writing about Amdocs' trademark. I don't know if you have any connection or not, but it raises the question. Wikipedia prefers that you don't write about your own company; if it's notable then someone else will do it soon enough.
OK, that does sound kinda negative. Sorry. Take a look and see if any of this makes any sense; decide what you want to do; and then let me know. --AndrewHowse (talk) 18:40, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, Got your message. May I edit your sandbox? I'll go in stages and use the edit summaries to document each stage. --AndrewHowse (talk) 22:47, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I made a few changes; use what's useful and dump what's not. I also answered your specifics at my page, to keep it all together. Best, --AndrewHowse (talk) 02:34, 13 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
