For the assignment of the exam of Heritage Studies and ICT I contributed to some articles on Wikipedia, in particular to the one of the town of Spirano, both in the Italian (https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirano) and the English page (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Spirano). I also added my contribution to the Italian page of the Church of Sanits Gervasio and Protasio in Spirano (https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiesa_dei_Santi_Gervasio_e_Protasio_(Spirano)).

My contribution

[edit]

Spirano (Italian version)

[edit]

In the Italian page of Spirano I added a paragraph about the ancient name of the town. Moreover, I added sone momuments and places of interest: Morti dell'Arca, Country church of San Rocco, Campo santo, historic center, church of Madonna del Carmine. Furthermore, I created a template in which I reported the history of the municipal administration from 1995 to ongoing. Last, I added the image of the church of San Rocco.

Spirano (English version)

[edit]

As I did in the Italian version of the page, I added the paragraph about the ancient name of the town and some monuments and places of interests: Morti dell'Arca, Country church of San Rocco, Campo santo, historic center, church of Madonna del Carmine and I added the infomation about the church of Saints Gervasio and Protasio. I added the images of the tower bell and the church of San Rocco and also on this page I have added the template of the municipal administration from 1995 to ongoing. Last, I create the section "History", translated the historic part from the Italian page of Spirano and I have updated the number of inhabitants according to what it is reported on the Italian page.

Church of Saints Gervasio and Protasio

[edit]

I added some infomation in the historical part. I created the section "elementi della chiesa" by adding information about: organ, mayor altar, the altar of the Madonna del Patrocinio, the altar of San Sebastiano, the altar of Sant'Anna, the altar of the Addolorata and the tower bell and I change the position of the already existing image next to the paragraph of the tower bell.
