Please note that in accordance with the Wikipedia:Bot policy, bots which operate on Wikipedia must be approved. There are also requirements in terms of identifying what the bot does on its userpage. An alternative to formal approval on en.wp locally for interwiki bots exists in the form of the global approval, see here for more information regarding that. Regards.
