Hi there. At present, I would advise against creating a Wikipedia article for Aman Mehndiratta, as he appears to not meet any of our notability guidelines. A biographical subject is deemed notable if they have received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject. Judging from the draft on your user page, and a web search, Mehndiratta seems unlikely to meet any criteria for inclusion at this time.
