[edit]Hello, Amanda, and welcome to contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you will have a successful time here. However, I think you should be warned about the following. Wikipedia is not a web host for holding personal web pages unrelated to work on building the encyclopaedia. You are, of course, very welcome to start making contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, if you are interested in doing so, and writing about yourself was just a first step, but if you are only interested in writing a personal web page, then Wikipedia isn't the right place to do it.
