RfC: New helper policy

Hello member of Category:Wikipedians who use IRC! You are invited to join an ongoing discussion on Wikipedia talk:IRC/wikipedia-en-help aimed at defining a policy for prerequisites to being a helper in the "#wikipedia-en-help ^connect" channel in a section titled "New helper policy".

Refill not working, could you fix it ?

Found you via userboxes, User:Zhaofeng_Li left the tool in a non-working condition, and is not available, this tool is a great time saver for a great number of wikipedians, it is broken only for wiki.riteme.site pages... I think this task would get much kudos. I will also try to find another recently online qualified wikipedian anyway, and try to avoid looking spammy.
