Happy First Edit Day!

[edit]
[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kalinda Vazquez, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Paramount. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:18, 13 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hizubiki25

[edit]

Hey, I have read the guidelines and no it is not conisdered advertising or in violation of those policies so that's why I've been resubmitting it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hizubiki25 (talkcontribs) 19:38, April 5, 2021 (UTC)

The Naver Matome has never been for advertising and just because you haven't heard of something doesn't mean its a fucking advertisement. If so then nearly every fucking wikipedia page would be removed for advertising because you haven't heard of it. So stop fucking classifying it as fucking advertising. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hizubiki25 (talkcontribs) 20:46, April 5, 2021 (UTC)

This seems pretty obvious. --- Possibly (talk) 22:10, 5 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Possibly: see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Hizubiki25, new sock account created. I think a block is now necessary given the socking, promo, refusal to stop creating the same page, and personal attacks. Best, GPL93 (talk) 04:30, 6 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I filed an ANI for that one too (see this) so that an uninvolved admin can take a look... it's astonishing the number of times that has been recreated.--- Possibly (talk) 04:42, 6 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

request for help and advice

[edit]

Hello AlistairMcMillan, me being a novice I intend to make a modification on the SpongeBob SquarePants page (list of episodes) but I wanted to ask your opinion and maybe your help. would it be possible to cite SpongeBob SquarePants' rank on "UPDATED: SHOWBUZZDAILY's Top 150 Monday Cable Originals & Network Finals: 5.2.2016 | Showbuzz Daily ”on the Wikipedia page? If yes thank you for your opinion and could you also help me on that or if not thank you for your help. Since you've been a much more expert and extensive Wikipedia user for so long, you certainly know everything that seems right and what is not. Rayan wind (talk) 06:02, 6 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Miniature effect, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Richard Taylor and Michael Joyce.

WP:Londonderry

[edit]

If I type "WP:Londonderry" into the search box, it goes, and as far as I know has always gone, to "Wikipedia:LONDONDERRY". I have taken the liberty of creating a redirect page at https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Londonderry&redirect=no to avoid any confusion in future. ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2021 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:02, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Administrators will no longer be autopatrolled

[edit]

A recently closed Request for Comment (RFC) reached consensus to remove Autopatrolled from the administrator user group. You may, similarly as with Edit Filter Manager, choose to self-assign this permission to yourself. This will be implemented the week of December 13th, but if you wish to self-assign you may do so now. To find out when the change has gone live or if you have any questions please visit the Administrator's Noticeboard. 20:05, 7 December 2021 (UTC)
