Help with translation!?

[edit]

Can you help translate this for me to swedish? Many thanks in advance!

Albania built its first railroad in 1947, and 40 years later Tiranë was linked to all other major industrial centres in the country. The highway network has been extended even to remote mountain villages. Air transport, however, remains largely underdeveloped. There is no scheduled domestic air service. --Armour 10:34, 22 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Image Tagging Image:Horrorstub.jpg

[edit]
Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Horrorstub.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL-self}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Qbcflag_icn.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Hi. Sorry to bother you, but I'm having some trouble on the Punk'd article. An unregistered user named BigBang19 keeps re-inserting material into the article that is irrelevant, poorly worded, etc. I've tried posting a message on that article's Talk Page, but he has not responded. Because he had no User Page, my message to him was the first one on it. If you could check out the bottommost section on the Talk Page and chime in with your two cents on his revisions, I'd appreciate it. Thanks. Nightscream 05:50, 12 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

RetroMUD

[edit]

Cool, I play this too, I wonder how many others on Wikipedia do, should there be a group made, ala Category:Wikipedian RetroMUDers? Tyciol 17:01, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Basque Portal?

[edit]

Kaixo, I'm contacting you because you figure in Category:User eu, meaning that you speak some Basque. You must therefore be Basque yourself or have an intense connection with the Basque Country.

I am thinking that maybe was a good idea to create a Portal (or maybe a Wikiproject? or both?) on the Basque theme but I feel such kind of project requires more than just one person.

If you are interested, please comment in my talk page.

Enjoy, --Sugaar 10:08, 4 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

English Spelling Reform

[edit]

I think somebody needs to rewrite the article. It does not present a balanced view of modern spelling reform efforts. I believe readers will have wasted their time reading both Spelling Reform articles. And since Wiki has such a big web presence, its bogarting the subject from the legitimate reform websites.JO 753 18:39, 13 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Template:User gradstu

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Template:User gradstu requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it is substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{transclusionless}}</noinclude>).

Thanks. --MZMcBride (talk) 21:07, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

JavaScript RegExp problem

[edit]

I noticed you have experience in JavaScript. I'm hoping you can help me with a problem I've run into writing a userscript.

Please see my post at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject JavaScript#Nested RegExp.
