Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Independent (politician) may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Request reason:

I deeply apologise for my actions earlier this year. I understand it is difficult to trust that I wish to actually contribute now to Wikipedia but I honestly do. The reasoning behind this being because I was researching for school the other day and my teacher came up with the usual 'Don't trust Wikipedia'. I, however, told her that we should certainly trust Wikipedia as long as we check the references. I realised then how much damage my vandalism previously could have caused; if someone had carelessly copied information down I could well have made life very difficult for them (or even have deprived them of information entirely). In addition, the fact that I supported Wikipedia made me realise that my own vandalism was silly and childish and I deeply regret what I did before. I understand this sounds like a bit of a sob story and completely understand if you feel that I cannot be trusted. If not, I will likely wait some time and make another request to be unblocked. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for reading. Alexwhite116 (talk) 21:19, 3 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
