Just a few little bits about it, it's sort of a secret thing:

Formed sometime this century.
Not necessarily Earth-based.
A company famous for developing pretty much any product under any sun. U name it, THEY got it.
Because of this the CEO is indescribably rich.
In a working ~~Socialist~~ ~~Communist~~ Radiant concept, it has close ties to the government of its home nation.

More will come if you ask for it, but it's highly unlikely anybody will.
