A tag has been placed on Webcall, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. bonadea contributions talk 09:49, 25 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia staff don't understand Webcall nor it's technology... So the mix it with click to call — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.186.116.97 (talk) 15:47, 25 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

June 2016[edit]

Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Webcall. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. bonadea contributions talk 14:44, 25 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Come on! May be the first edition had a link of a company I know, but I have changed the text completely with links subjects in your Wikipedia pages.

Then to test your impartiality I have edited third and fourth time with a simple 1 line Webcall is Webcall also known as Web Call then you redirected the page to click to call page which has nothing to do with Webcall and not the same technology. Just like I searched Webcall on your website and what did I get 'Weigall' your chat staff search on google and talked about a 19th schoolmaster. In conclusion, you have redirected Webcall to Click to Call page witch has many issues. You do have many pages of products, services, companies and a real accepted publicity with closed eye or you'r blind to see it.

So you fall into some to show there is no publicity and become a real intellectual dictators like yourself and your chat member.

Forget about my article and keep Webcall in click to call page. Mixing pots and puns. In fact in chat room someone wrote that you don't consider Wiki reliable.

Bye — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aldema13 (talkcontribs)

I'm sorry you found your experience of Wikipoedia frustrating, but it does not appear that you have understood what the problem with your article was - and this applies to all the versions. If you had taken the time to look at the information in the Welcome notice above, you would have found out some very basic things about Wikipedia articles, for instance:
  • they must be neutral, which means that sentences like "From a browser click or a touch on Mobile screen, you can communicate and collaborate with anyone." are inappropriate. Both the first, very long, version of the Webcall article and the later, extremely short versions were quite promotional and thus inappropriate for Wikipedia for that reason. This is not about whether there are external links in the article, and in fact an article must have external sources (see below).
  • they have to be about notable subjects, and this must be shown with reliable independent sources.
You are 100% correct in that Wikipedia is not considered to be a reliable source - that is specified here. I don't know what chat room you are referring to or who the "chat staff" are, but it looks like they gave you good advice. The editor who redirected Webcall to Click-to-call seems to have made the judgment call that the specific technology you wrote about wasn't shown to be notable, and so it made sense to redirect the article. If you disagree with that assessment, you can start a discussion about it, but you have to refrain from name calling and always assume that other editors edit in good faith - just like other editors are expected to assume that you edit in good faith. Yes indeed, it's a bad experience facing intellectual dictators: This no AD is bla bla because you type a name of product or service you will find wkipedia appears on search pages. Try it. My last edition contains nothing other than a line to describe Webcall is also named Web Call... Anyway, webcall is not a mark nor a company name is a technology. The South African High Court decided in 2010 in the USA an IT company surely a subsidiary of Google was refused a patent and TM for the reason is Webcall as a description of a web calling and literature word not a label.

In fact, I said you all got all wrong except one member in the chat room who said that Wikipedia did not consider it self as a viable information because of luck of understanding...

So many labels and companies are listed among your pages... Do you want a list, so you don't have to stick windows asking for donation like beggars I find in the street. Regards Alain— Preceding unsigned comment added by Aldema13 (talkcontribs)

Please be civil. Nobody here is an intellectual dictator, and nobody is "staff" - we are all volunteers just like you (and none of us editors is involved in asking for donations, either). There are indeed a lot of Wikipedia pages about subjects that are not notable; standards have risen, and in addition some articles "fly under the radar", and when they are noticed they are often deleted. Promotional content is generally removed as soon as it is discovered, because it is very important that Wikipedia does not turn into any kind of vehicle for promotion. Proposed deletion of Web call[edit]

The article Web call has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not enough content to be encyclopedic. Not enough content to qualify for speedy deletion.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A tag has been placed on Click and talk requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://searchunifiedcommunications.techtarget.com/definition/click-to-talk-CTC. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
