Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Medical classification, you will be blocked from editing. tedder (talk) 02:03, 22 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as those you made to Clinical coder. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. tedder (talk) 02:10, 22 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is being used only for spam, advertising, or promotion. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

Sorry about that. Being new to Wiki I believed that I was contributing to the coding community by making people aware of new medical coding technology. I am confused/embarrased about this blocking and will not add anything until I am sure that it is appropriate.

Decline reason:

And declined. See below. -FASTILY (TALK) 23:49, 6 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I'm sure you've reviewed WP:COI and WP:Advert by now. What types of articles will you be editing? Toddst1 (talk) 21:49, 5 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I never intended any harm, in fact I thought this was a valuable contribution as requested in the Clinical Coder Article- You can help by expanding it with reliably sourced additions!! That was my understanding. After reading your WP:Advert and WP:COI it appears that I cannot make these requested contributions. Sorry for the misunderstanding, although in this case, I thought that I was just doing as requested and really trying to help. Now I get it that they don't think my help is necessary here. Thank you.

Decline reason:

See Alanvoss' above comment. -FASTILY (TALK) 23:49, 6 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I have been actively working on healthcare workflow processes improvement through advocating Computer Assisted Coding at the point-of care. Identifiying correct Medical Codes early in the documentation process will help both providers and patients with the current costly healthcare quagmire. Being new to WIKI I felt that I was making helpful additions as requested in the Clinical Coder Article- You can help by expanding it with reliably sourced additions. I apparently overstepped my contributions and it will not be repeated. Thank you for your consideration.

Decline reason:

Your unblock still needs to address the issues. First, acknowledge your COI. Second, confirm that you will not get involved in articles as deeply as you have when COI is present. Finally, what other types of articles do you wish to edit if unblocked. In other words, blocking you prevented problems with this project - tell us how unblocking you will ensure that we do not see those problems again. Request reason:

I was acting in good faith as a Medical Coding Technology Expert when I communicated about process improvement technology. I did not understand the rules for making the requested information contributions. Although I believed that these link additions would provide valuable information about new point-of-care methodology, that was apparently not the case. This has been embarrasing and I will never make another article contribution without first contacting the author for documented approval. Sorry for the confusion, it will not happen again.

You still are not acknowledging your Conflict of Interest. You are allowed to edit as an "expert", but you are not allowed to edit promotionally. Smashvilletalk 15:08, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

In adding an external link I felt that I was providing Sites that contain neutral and accurate material that is relevant to an encyclopedic understanding of the subject. This reference to Anatomical Coding was very much relevant for the Coding Community as significant new technology which contributes to the coding body of knowledge. In retropect I now understand that any external reference should not be related to a commercial activity, no matter how relevant to the subject matter. Any commercial activity could be construed as a conflict of interest. I should create additional documentation about Anatomical Image Based Medical Coding as a scholarly article which can be used by the Coding Community for information and reference. Although that is a little hard to accomplish now. I humbly ask that you please excuse my misunderstanding and neophyte zeal.

Decline reason:

If you want your block to be lifted, consider listing here some references to peer-reviewed journal articles or medical books that you think treat Anatomical Image Based Medical Coding in a scholarly way. EdJohnston (talk) 11:47, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Effective medical coding requires an understanding of anatomy as demonstrated each year at the national coder convention -http://www.aapc.com/medical-coding-education/conferences/national/nashville/index.aspx
