Hi. I stumbled across your post at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Captain Alan Leach RAF PO 185864 (Pilot) and understand your frustration. Unfortunately we've had to come up with guidelines that require a certain level of notability for inclusion. While there can be no doubt that each of the 55,573 killed in the service of RAF Bomber Command are far more important than 99% of the people listed in Wikipedia they may not all be notable per our definition.
